you are not able to include a contingency in the purchase contract stating that it's based on the sale of
current owned property.)
I know this is a huge favor to ask, and I understand if you say no. I am trying to avoid losing the deal
and/or having to move twice with the inconvenience and costs involved in finding a place for one month.
If you have any other ideas, please share them with me. I am trying to be proactive with a plan B but so
many variables are out of my control in this situation.
