Two hours per day will be required to drive to and from Zorro Ranch. It is our intention to work nine hour days during this project so we will have seven actual hours on site. To account for the shortened work day and wear and tear on equipment and vehicles, an additional charge of 15% is being added to the total. Prices do not include county gross receipts tax. For a period of one (I) year after planting, all plant material is guaranteed against death from causes other than accidental, weather related, or animals and provided proper care is given them by owner. Any plant material that dies during this period will be replaced once free of charge with similar plants of equal value. Irrigation work fully warranted for one year from date of completion.
