He is a pre-trial inmate with the following pending charges of; 21:848 ( E ), Murder and Drug Conspiracy. He currently has a CIM assignment of Separation. He has a Chronological Disciplinary Record. His last incident report dates back to February 2018, for Fighting with Another. He is currently housed in the Special Housing Unit for being in Possession of a Cell Phone. An interview was conducted with inmate Tartaglione today on July 23, 2019, at 2:50 pm based on an incident that occurred with his cellmate Epstein, Jeffrey Edward #76318-054. During the interview inmate Tartaglione stated it was past midnight. He was sleeping on the floor. He felt something hit his foot. He woke up and observed inmate Epstein sitting on the ground staring at him. He asked him, what he was doing and inmate Epstein did not reply. When inmate Tartaglione saw that he was not responding he immediately banged on the cell door and called for staff assistance. EFTA00140825
