THis does not include pre production ( color sample production, drawings an= elevations approved and signed off) and post production (shipping to St t=omas) They will only provide plans an= drawings once we have accepted their proposal. This will involve paying a=20% deposit. This fee will be applied to order but is non refundable. Regarding countertops they recommend stayin= with caesarstone as opposed to the glassos. The glassos is very tricky to=fabricate and she does not think anyone in St tHomas will have the capabil=ty. She is sending the quotes for fabrication a=d installation as she can work with someone in St THomas to do the install=tion.
