I spoke with this afternoon and he (Rodriguez) scores out to 24-30 months. wants to be able to counter any defense argument that he should not receive more time than Epstein. She's asked if either you o could be at the hearing to testify as to how valuable the address book would have been if you'd had it with the original case or how it would have impacted your investigation.
