I hope you will see that my earlier email to him was not rude.. or at least I don't think it is. While here in Aspen I had a crazy idea.. This is a center for smart people.. during the summer, between the ideas festival and the physics institute, and other things, an incredible number of people come by.. and people want to come by. It is located conveniently to west coast and is not bad from east either.. So here is what I think you should do. The market here is depressed.. good time for rich people to buy.. I was with a bunch of rich people who were doing that.. anyway.. you buy a place to house the foundation, and a house that Nancy and I can live in when here, and one for you too.. :). I/We would be here full time from April-October, and could run things out of here when good people can be interacted with.. rest of time it could have headquarters in FLA and I would make sporadic trips there.. see! I told you it was crazy.. now is it crazy enough? I was in touch with Chomsky the other day about something.. would you be willing to fly up to boston sometime to see him if I asked him about that?
