I have tried to capture the essence of what each person said, though not the exact words used. I organized the statements by topic rather than by the order in which they occurred in the call. Would you please look over the document and tell me if it seems accurate and fair? We don't need to make any judgment about the truth of each statement -- they should just reflect the conversation we had. If there's anything you'd like to change or add, let me know and I'll send an updated version. Once we have a record we all agree on, we can use it as a reference point for our further discussions.
