I explained the situation and he seemed satisfied. He stated that he will ask Joe to retum our call and cooperate. At the end of the conversation he asked if Joe would be compensated for his time in preparing to testify. This would be SOP but I know there was some unpleasantness during the separation so I wanted to check with you before committing. We will need the testimony of someone from Fowler White and Joe seems to have had the most involvement.
