Lopez stated, he had no information and no knowledge of any suspicious acts or any MCC employees shredding documents. o On 08/20/2019, FBINY/NYOIG interviewed BOP MCC guard at SDNY. refused to answer any questions and asked for an attorney. o On 08120/2019, FBINY/NYOIG interviewed BOP MCC guard at SDNY. worked 8x4 shift in the MCC SHU and was NOT working when Epstein was found. No irregularities found in that interview. o On 08120/2019, FBINY/NYOIG interviewed BOP MCC guard LT LT. had nothing significant to add to the investigation. o On 08/20/2019, FBINY/NYOIG BOP MCC guard refused to answer any questions and requested an attorney. o On 08120/2019, NYOIG will attempt to serve a Federal Grand Jury Subpoena on BOP MCC guard o On 08/20/2019, FBINY served search warrants on cell hone company Sprint and Verizon for the cellular phones belonging to Shahada Harris and MCC C for CDR's and subscriber information.
