The suit filed this week by Palm Beach Gardens attorney Spencer Kuvin is the seventh such suit against the investment banker and registered sex offender. It is the second one Kuvin filed against him. Kuvin said the girl, identified in the suit as B.B., was 15 in 2005 when Epstein's assistant . who is also a defendant in the suit, recruited the girl for an erotic massage and sex acts.
