Jeffrey,
Attached please find the new conceptual plans and 3D views for the pool area at LSJ. Please keep in mind these sketches reflect the
planning and massing studies — locating the major elements — and not the detailed design. That will come once we hone in on a
preferred scheme.
Option I:
• Maintains the service road.
• Places the new guest cottages in line with the existing ones.
Option IA:
• Similar to I. but places the new guest cottages over the screening room
Option 2:
• Pushes the pool area out over the service road.
Please review, and send me any comments or questions.
Thanks,
Warwick
