advised of the identity of the interviewing Agent and the nature of the
interview, provided the following information:
was sexually assaulted by JEFFREY EPSTEIN (EPSTEIN) in 1991.
When she came back from
Japan, was already working for EPSTEIN. started working
for EPSTEIN in January 1991. told that EPSTEIN trained
her on massage and taught her massage techniques. was making a
lot of money and EPSTEIN allowed her to go on auditions. It sounded to
like it was a great job.
When was about to go out of town, she asked if she
would be interested in taking over her job working for EPSTEIN.
went to EPSTEIN's office on or around July 2, 1991 and met
EPSTEIN's assistant PAULA, whose last name did not recall.
EPSTEIN was very stoic and professional. EPSTEIN asked a lot of
questions about massage which took a bit by surprise.
EPSTEIN opened a drawer and saw there were "like a dozen books on
massage". EPSTEIN gave a book and told her to study.

On or around July 9, 1991, went to EPSTEIN's Upper East Side
apartment, where she entered an elevator that let her out into the
apartment. described the apartment as beautiful, having floor to
ceiling windows and well decorated. There were no personal effects or
pictures; it was sparse and minimalist. The elevator opened to a mini foyer
and the doorway to the left possibly had additional rooms. To the right of
the elevator was an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and the
living room was sunken with two steps leading into it. At this point
had only been living in the city for about a year.
EPSTEIN came out of the bathroom in a towel to the kitchen area.
EPSTEIN put the towel on the floor. was slightly skeptical and
asked him why he hired dancers to massage him. EPSTEIN told her, "Dancers
have beautiful bodies and they know the body so well; you would not go to a
fat person to be a personal trainer." EPSTEIN also told her that dancers
were comfortable with nudity.
When EPSTEIN dropped his bathrobe,
EPSTEIN then laid on his stomach.
EPSTEIN and had a casual conversation. EPSTEIN started off in
asking her about different strokes. EPSTEIN told the best massage
therapists are the ones who are blind because they can feel the muscles.
EPSTEIN flipped over to his back for to massage his neck and
chest. EPSTEIN told her that he gets massage from all over the world.
EPSTEIN also told her that sometimes he had one person massage his head,
another his feet and another person in the middle all at the same time.
EPSTEIN became annoyed with , telling her "You're not doing it
right." EPSTEIN said, "I'm going to have to show you how to do this. You're
going to have to take off your dress." felt anxious and felt like
she could not leave. took off her dress and laid down.
EPSTEIN touched ' breast, between her legs and massaged her inner
legs. EPSTEIN told her, "If you happen to get sexually aroused, it is no
big deal; it's normal." EPSTEIN was touching her with his hand with one
finger inside her vagina while he masturbated to orgasm. All of this took
place on the floor of the living area. EPSTEIN got up and took his towel.
EPSTEIN told to call his office the following week. froze
and laid there. When left, she remembered walking by the doorman
thinking that the doorman had no idea what just happened. was so

wrong. ' friend grabbed her and pulled her into the office and
recognized something was wrong. told her what happened. Her friend
told her she should go to the police. was 22 years old and felt
she could not go to the police because she did not scream.
Two weeks later, headed to Tokyo on a modeling contract. IIII
did not speak to again and never tried to reach
out to felt that EPSTEIN completely derailed

October 1991. never interacted with MAXWELL. IIII told
that MAXWELL called the apartment all the time for and
would go anytime MAXWELL called. bragged to IIII about
massaging PRINCE ANDREW twice at Martha's Vineyard in the early to mid
1990s. MAXWELL talked with about making good financial decisions.
tried to get IIII to go see EPSTEIN but IIII was a shy girl and
not interested.
did not tell IIII the full story of what happened to her until
years later. had a panic attack when she first saw EPSTEIN's face
again when JULIE BROWN'S article was published. After saw the
article, she called IIII to tell her. IIII told the last time she
saw was at her ( ) wedding in 1998 when randomly
showed up. could not stay for the entirety of the wedding because
she was going to EPSTEIN's ranch in New Mexico. Neither nor
heard from after 1998.
