One thing I'd like to mention, Chuck Ballet and Tom Larson from Helicopters Exchange in Dallas are the brokers who will follow this through the time we get it completed at Edwards, they will arrange the inspector to obtain US air worthiness and shipping the helicopter to Miami, they charge $50k for there support as commission, they have did a tremendous amount work, and are Paul Schrader approved. They charge less than Reenstra and Lancaster's 100k fee. They where detrimental in this deal and I need there help with closing it out,.
