but that it did not need to be based in NYC where Stephen would handle<br>
the liaison function. The idea was that the DOD would be able to do his<br>
on site work, meet the principals on location or in NYC as required, but<br>
perform the oversight and reporting function from another location<br>
besides NYC. I do not believe that he is seeking to relocate.<br>

My recommendation is that before bringing John to NYC for an interview,<br>
you consider whether the position has changed somewhat with Stephen's<br>
departure. Perhaps a phone interview with him on Monday would be a good<br>
way to proceed so that your time is not wasted in this matter.<br>
