It should argue that it should all be folded under an entity controlled by wico, owned jointly by wico (which would subsume the port authority) and igy, w/ igy contributing cash, the submerged land for the new docks, etc., wico re-routing pedestrian and vehicular traffic through yhg yada yada yada. Do you think you can take a shot at that? I will send you again a copy of the foundation draft of what I sent to bppr to try to get them on board.
