Thanks! I passed that on to and were forwarded the meeting invitation. We
weren't around for the original case so I don't see how interviewing/talking to us would be helpful, but we'll
see.

It sounded like from brittany that they/ DOJ may be asking for victim contact for that purpose. That's why I
thought legal should be on the call just in case.

So it's not an 0PR investigation? I think the FBI only has the scope to investigation it's own employees, not all
D0J employees, right? It's the violation of CVRA.

The violation of the CVRA act. Brittany said they have been asking the victims to be interviewed be they are
investigating what happened in Florida. I can tell u when we talk tomorrow. I'm guessing she will tell us on the
call tomorrow.

I don't think that we need to talk before the 3:30 call. To clarify, are any FBI employees under OPR investigation
in connection with this case? I am not familiar with the scope of OPR's authorities to investigate matters.

I honestly don't know if a call is necessary since there isn't much to reference. I received the below email last
week and requested to loop you in after I received an email from VS in New York informing me
that she had a phone call with a civil attorney for some of the women that reads,
- I just spoke to Brittany and we may want have legal on this call with=. Sounds like she is the DOJ rep
assigned on the OPR case for the CVRA violations case. Brittany said she has been reaching out to the victims for
interviews. Let me know if you want to discuss."
Again, this is all I know. Do you still want to have a call?

Yes, 3:30 to 4:30 tomorrow works. However, my morning is full until noon. Would a call at noon work to fill me
in? Thanks.

Good afternoon,
The Department is in the early stages of planning a meeting with the victims. Because you have been
dealing directly with the victims, I want to discuss the best way to proceed forward.
