we paid 7,500 to stucco larry house about 1.5 years ago II bid below to cut out old stucco and mesh (work brice says =s
more involved) was 13,800 plus $5 per sq ft for sheeting
after telling brice JJ =riginal bid was to high brice is now proposing we bid 10,000 for this =ork plus $5 per sq ft please

attached is a basic drawing showing side view of BH and the =cope of work that is required for this fix.
10k would be to cut out old stucco, =esh, rotten plywood sheeting. Replace plywood, mesh and completely =tucco walls
for Zorro to paint.
Note we where =ainting entire bunkhouse anyway.
The $5 per sq ft was for sheeting =eplacement- this is open ended !!!
Square footage =oughly under 1/2 of Larry's, After reviewing =arrys file there is more work involved with =he repair at
the bunkhouse, compared to Larrys job Larrys was a simple stucco job, there was no structural =epairs involved.

JJ's =rew have started to removed the Trim around the windows at the
=unkhouse
Some of the framing at sill level is =otten and will need to be removed.
This will =ntail removing stucco and rotten framing on the exposed walls of the
=unkhouse
The windows sills on the covered porch =re ok
JJ has provided estimates to open up =ffected area and new stucco for exposed
walls only
Once area is open and we can determine extent of damage, he =ill then provide
bid for repair of effected areas.
