1. The Employee hereby acknowledges a debt to the Company in the amount of
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) for the following reason(s):
As of date, owes $16,000 on land in Tijeras, NM which has a fully paid Mobile Home on
site. Would like to pay the land off completely, hence getting the Title, making the land
easier to sell.
Has the opportunity to purchase 7 Acres of land, 13 miles from the Ranch for $25,800,
allowing to relocate Mobile Home on site.
The goal is to move to a less remote location and consolidate personal items
2. The Employee hereby authorizes the Company to deduct the amount of One Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per pay check, until the balance is paid in full. If Employee has
available funds he would request if he could pay more per pay check
3. The Employee further agrees that the entire outstanding amount will be deducted from the
Employee's paycheck upon resignation or termination of employment with the Company.

Carlos has got back to me about your offer of a personal loan, he has been reviewing available local mobile homes to
purchase. He has been unable to find anything that fits his family's needs, hence wanted to thank you very much for the
offer but at at this time he would like to wait until he finds the right home to purchase
You had approved, while at the Ranch moving ahead with increasing his salary to be 40k, we had waited on moving
ahead with this given the possible pending loan, can we move forward with this?
