We are engaging Congress and had an initial briefing with Senator Ed Markey, the top Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Africa. As I mentioned earlier, our agreement was to be paid $150,000 on or before November 30th to start the engagement. We have started the engagement out of good faith but the $50,000 under our agreement remains outstanding. I spoke to Bob as a continued sign of our good faith and interest in working on this matter, we will continue the agreement, and our work, and move the 90 day window forward by 30 days so the $150,000 will cover December- February so long as the remaining balance of $50,000 is paid to us this month. They spoke this morning and Bob sent the contract and wire details to Mr. Wade's associate in New York. He said he would handle the payment details and contract.
