As there are several other legal issues that will need to be addressed (liability insurance, production agreements, actor's waivers, music and location clearances, etc.) it made sense to retain an entertainment attorney to advise on it all (rather than just have Paul Weiss set up an LLC). Brad and I are sitting down later today to discuss the details and review attorney referrals. If you can recommend an inexpensive but competent entertainment lawyer, please let us know. Thanks!
