CONFIDENTIAL 3501.162-016 Page I of7 EFTA_00069721 EFTA01247289 FD-302a(Rev.05.03-10) 31E-NY-3027571 (U) Interview of Continuation of FD-302 of .O„ 04/24/2019 _ Ng, 2 of 7 "it was the 90's” and she went "out a lot." does not recall exactly how she met but recalled hanging out with in her basement does not recall how old was at the time. told her that she knew a "rich guy" (JEFFREY EPSTEIN) and that was getting ready to go to Florida so she could sell "this business." explained that would need to go to this rich man's house, take off her shirt and bra, give him a massage and touch his nipples while he gets naked. told her that she would have to squeeze his nipples hard and he would touch himself. that they both would get $300 each. explained that was what he paid and not to ask for more. told that she would sell the business to her for $1000. wanted to make money so she agreed. explained to that she would need to recruit girls because EPSTEIN tires of the same girl. explained that Gould make more money if she recruited more girls. -thought that she paid $900 to take over the business. The first time dent to EPSTEIN's home, had set up the appointment. -remembered feeling that it was a big deal when she saw EPSTEIN's home because the "place was big." When and entered, they waited in the office. described the office as having pictures, art magazines, and a round desk with a window behind it. asked if she wanted to go up to the room with her and replied that she did. They took the elevator up to the massage room, which -described the room as having curtain like walls with sketch paintings of tall, petite girls with pubic hair hanging on the walls. The massage room had a lot of scent oil, moisturizers, and towels. also described the massage room as having a table in the middle with the head facing the entrance to the room. The lotions were in the back of the room. recalled that the sketching/portraits were not originally in the room when she first started massaging EPSTEIN but had been put up. recalled that there were naked portraits that showed hair under the arms of the girls. EPSTEIN came into the room in a white robe with his phone and said, "Hi, I'm Jeffrey." EPSTEIN said to "hold on" as he was checking his emails. EPSTEIN then opened his robe and laid down. looked at and understood that to mean for her to take off her shirt and bra. massaged one side of EPSTEIN while massaged the other. EPSTEIN finished checking his emails, then put cream on himself to ejaculate while and touched his nipples. The maid took to the massage room. knew to take off her top from the previous time she had massaged EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN entered the room and told her to give him a second. While massaged EPSTEIN, he was on the phone taking calls. EPSTEIN put down the phone and said, "Ok." squeezed EPSTEIN's nipples, and EPSTEIN reached in to touch her and touched her chest while he ejaculated. EPSTEIN used lotions and spit in his hands. thought she remembered that there was hot towels prepared for him. During the massage, EPSTEIN had asked if she had friends/other girls. EPSTEIN asked her if she wanted to bring other girls she could hang out downstairs and still make money. The third time that-went to EPSTEIN's home, EPSTEIN came out and asked her, "What happened; I thought you were going to bring me a girl." told EPSTEIN that she "was working on it." EPSTEIN told her, "Don't bring me anyone over 18." stated that she knew he liked young girls and that 17 was pushing it for him. stated that he wanted variety. The fourth time went to EPSTEIN's home, she brought someone with her. stated it would be the same routine and EPSTEIN would always come in the room with his phone. stated there was a progression that happened over time from taking her shirt and bra off to EPSTEIN touching her chest, pulling her pants down, using a vibrator on her, and bringing a girl and taking them to his bedroom. brought girls to see EPSTEIN and sometimes went upstairs with them. was the first girl took to massage EPSTEIN. described she an d as being very good friends from similar backgrounds felt comfortable sharing with that she was massaging EPSTEIN. told that she met a rich guy who was a brain surgeon and explained to what she would have to do to massage him, like take off her shirt and be topless. did not mention the use of a vibrator to . There was not a long conversation. does not recall what EPSTEIN did to that first time. EPSTEIN told to bring friends. suggested to that they work together as a team to recruit girls. recruited girls from night clubs who were small, petite, and young. would get drunk and ask people. would meet girls and become friends, then would ask them if they wanted to massage him. would ask people who she thought would be more likely to massage EPSTEIN. and EPSTEIN would take girls together to EPSTEIN's home. If as the one who brought the girl then she would go up with her to the massage room. EPSTEIN then cut it off for the two of them to bring girls together because he did not see a need to pay $900 for two girls to sit downstairs. The age range that took to EPSTEIN was between 13 and 17 years old. stated that a girl named may have been 18. tried to bring older girls. brought one girl who was over 18 and dark skinned and EPSTEIN did not like her because she was dark skinned. When EPSTEIN liked a girl, he would tell that the girl she brought was pretty cool. brought one girl named who was over 18. EPSTEIN made clear to that he did not like her. using drugs and EPSTEIN had a problem with that. EPSTEIN said that a trainwreck. met through introduced to EPSTEIN and went a couple times. stated that brought older girls and it was a bad experience. told the girls what to expect by telling them that it would start off slow by needing to take off their shirt, then EPSTEIN would touch their chest, followed by EPSTEIN touching them in their underwear, followed by EPSTEIN using a vibrator on them. EPSTEIN would want to see each girl at least two to three times. thought she may have brought anywhere from 20 to 50 girls. 'ould meet girls and then fall out of touch with them; she does not recall all of the names of the girls she took to EPSTEIN's home. did not know if all of the girls she took went back because sometimes they would be called directly. thought that the girls she had brought were likely coming separately from her and possibly brought other girls with them. told the girls to be simple, wear things like jeans, and don't put on a massive amount of makeup because EPSTEIN did not like that. Around that time, asked if she had wanted to make money and talked to her about EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN really liked and called wanting to come back. There was a time where EPSTEIN asked o come up as well. This time was where EPSTEIN took and to his bedroom. did not recall what led up to going to the bedroom. recalled (known to law enforcement as being there as well. thought that had told her her name and that was how she knew it. recalled them all laying down in the bed, which had white sheets on it. was naked. recalled getting touched by EPSTEIN, but did not recall penetration. did not recall what , or EPSTEIN did while they were all in the bedroom. did not remember what else occurred or what everyone else was doing. recalled that this was the only time something like that happened. EPSTEIN wanted to see again after the time in the bedroom but -did not want to go. thought that EPSTEIN may have wanted to sketch did not recall what said about not wanting to go back to EPSTEIN's house. Sometimes EPSTEIN was away, but when he was in New York City, would go to EPSTEIN's home approximately two to three times a week. received approximately $600 to $900 a week when she saw EPSTEIN; this money was part of what she lived on. usually waited in EPSTEIN's office while another girl massaged EPSTEIN. recalled seeing sometimes while she waited in the office. Sometimes, looked through magazines and EPSTEIN let her take one home. At one point, felt comfortable enough to walk around and went to the kitchen and ate cheese and cake; the maid always had cake. recalled that EPSTEIN had a library that looked like the library from Beauty and the Beast. Another room had a piano in it with a "stuffed dog" that was one of his dogs that had passed away, along with a black and white leopard. recalled that the time that she saw this room was the same day that EPSTEIN spoke with her about would call LESLIE (known to law enforcement as LESLIE GROFF), who believed to be EPSTEIN's secretary, to schedule times to massage EPSTEIN. LESLIE called EPSTEIN and told him whe was available. Sometimes, LESLIE would call if EPSTEIN wanted or wanted a particular girl. -could ask, "Is Jeffrey around this week," and LESLIE would tell her to hold on while she checked as sometimes EPSTEIN would be out of town. Sometimes, LESLIE would tell her that she would call hack. LESLIE would ask, "Do you have anyone new." EPSTEIN never called directly but sometimes LESLIE called and told her that EPSTEIN wanted to speak with her. recalled that LESLIE called late at night to set up an appointment for the next day. recalled being called by another girl who she thinks may have had thin blonde hair but did not recall her name. There was a time where could not go to EPSTEIN's home but went to pick up money from his office, which she thought was on 3rd Avenue, and saw LESLIE there. From what she could recall, only saw LESLIE five times at most. EPSTEIN told "I don't like older girls." EPSTEIN paid in cash with $100 bills. always received $300. would get a lot of money from EPSTEIN and would ask him for money. recalled that called LESLIE asking for money. At one point, EPSTEIN gave his old furniture tr and when they were living together and renting out the third room. EPSTEIN told that he was getting rid of furniture and asked if she wanted it. told him yes. EPSTEIN gave her a mattress, lamps that "were classy with old school women on them," and some other items that she did not recall. did not recall her phone number that she used during the time she massaged EPSTEIN. She recalled having a Samsung flip phone and a landline and thought that both of those numbers were used to schedule massages for EPSTEIN. thought that she could remember her phone number if she saw it. When -was approximately 17 to 19 years old, her boyfriendlIll opened the door to two FBI agents. boyfriend told her the FBI stopped by and asked her what was going on. called EPSTEIN and told him that the FBI came to speak with her. EPSTEIN told her that they could not talk over the phone and told her not to call him anymore. EPSTEIN told that he would set her up with a lawyer. EPSTEIN told to tell the lawyer the truth.
