There are a few posts on the internet where users cited behavior similar to your
experience with keyboard content being delayed in its appearance in a all applications. The
suggestions given were replacing batteries in wireless keyboards and mice (one user uses
rechargeable Energizer batteries that recharge in 15 minutes.) The second suggestion was to
reboot computers that may have been on for an extended period of time. The thought here is,
if there are multiple applications running, memory consumed may not have been relinquished
and rebooting would give us that tabula rasa.

I did manage to find several very informative articles regarding malware on Macs.
Symantec Norton Antivirus for Macintosh (http://www.symantec.com/norton/macintosh/antivirus)
is regularly recommended. As an alternative, there is a Mac-centric version of ClamAV
(respected Linux Anti-virus solution) that can be found at http://www.clamxay.com/.
Finally, there is an application that you can install on the Mac to alert you to
applications making connections to internet addresses. This would be helpful in discovering
rogue-ware that may be logging keystrokes. The application is called 'Little Snitch' and can

I have also emailed Story for the contact information of his Mac specialist. I am
awaiting his reply and will contact that individual for a visit once that information is
received.
Please let me know if you need assistance with any of these steps.
