Dear Henry,
SRF signed up for a free trial with ISI and made use of the 12 applicants who were in our last global case
report to do the publication/citation search. At the same time, we put the scholars' information into
Scopus Citation Tracker and Google Scholar. The results were inconsistent and more "hits' came from
Scopus and Google Scholar than ISI. From speaking with the SRF staff who took this task, I learned that
there were a large number of packages available for the ISI trail subscription and I am thinking that
maybe the correct one for this job was not selected.
I would be grateful if you would ask Jeffrey the specific ISI package that he uses. As well, I believe that
our trial subscription has expired and it would be great if it were at all possible to use Jeffrey's password -
on a temporary basis - to do another round of scholar sampling.
Thanks!
Best,
Jim
