From: Ramon Alonso Sent: Thursday, April 19, 2018 5:46 AM To: Jeffrey E. Subject: Questions... Dear Jeffrey, I would appreciate if you could answer =ome of these questions in order for us to be on the same page and clarify =ome doubts we have: 1. We understand that master =etreat should have a small "owner's kitchen" nearby for even=ual light snacks and light cooking. Should this kitchen be part of the mas=er retreat (same level) for your personal use or can the ladies' kitch=n service you and them? 2. Should the ladies kitc=en be completely enclosed or can it be open or semi-open into their living=dining room areas? 3. Will you eventually visit t=e ladies' living areas or it is exclusively for their use? Seating/Din=ng in their area should be considered only for four people? =/div> 4. I am aware you mentioned that the master retreat windows will=not be opened so we will make sure to use fixed panels and nothing sliding=but Im a bit confused about your expectation for this room's facade. S=ould it be more mass than windows like your current bedroom or should it b= more glass and light like the image in the presentation? =br> 5. During our last visit we discussed about putting the ladi=s' residence where the existing pool deck is; however, as we discussed=today, it might still be too close to the master retreat. We are exploring=the possibility to send them up to where the existing solar panels are, in=order to have more privacy but to keep the driving distance short. Does th=s make sense to you? 6. Do you like the concept o= having 4 identical rooms surrounding a new small pool/sunbathing area for=the ladies' private use? Or do you prefer that each room is somewhat u=ique? 7. We will design much nicer/open bathrooms=that the ones you saw drawn, however, do you want them to have open shower=/tubs? Or everything should be indoors? 8. One of=the four rooms/baths still has to be larger, or we should keep them all si=ilar in size? Tomorrow we will have another team =eeting and Im positive that we will have some more questions but these wil= help in the mean time. I apologize for the con=usion caused by some of the unfinished images/drawings we sent today; we a=e sure that shortly we will be able to show you much better progress. kind regards, Ramon Alonso President 1450 Brickel= Ave. Suite 2190 =/span> EFTA_R1_01573224 EFTA02465360 Miami Fl. 33131 www.radyca.co= <http://www.radyca.comalIM <mailto: This e-mail, and any attachments thereto, is inte=ded only for use by the addressee(s) named herein and may contain legally =rivileged and/or confidential information.
