In or around October 2005, in Palm Beach County, in the Southern District of Florida, and elsewhere. the
defendant,
JEFFREY EPSTEIN,
did intentionally harass another person, that is, Jane Doe #1, in an attempt to delay, prevent, and dissuade Jane
Doe #1 from reporting to a law enforcement officer of the United States the commission of a federal offense; in
violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1512(d)(2) and 2.
