His answer is unclear. He wants out and no longer wants to be in business with you. He also
stated something about WARN Act and him not giving 30 days written notice to the staff. That reason makes little sense
to me. I asked him why the rush, he said it is not a rush. You & he have been having a dispute for months. He would
not elaborate.
I am doing this to help you & The life Hotel. I have little to gain but I am willing and able to do it
for at least 4 weeks.
