Subject: Quick Question RE Day Count!
Hi Larry...I'm so sorry to always bother you with a Day Count question, but
I want to make sure I am correct when I am counting Jeffrey's
Abroad days...Jeffrey left from NY to Paris on Nov. 7 and
returned to LSJ from Paris on Nov. 13...that is 5 abroad days
(Nov. 8-12)? Nov. 7 is a NY day and Nov. 13 is a LSJ Day,
correct? I have the below information from you and want to
make sure I saved it correctly:
A Day is always considered US even if JE is traveling abroad the
same day or coming from abroad back to the US ....If
he is in the US for a minute, it is a US day UNLESS he
is going to/from the island and flying to/from Abroad
...then it is a VI Day!
Thank you!!!
