Opinion. I think a bonus should be used for an employee who does a job beyond what the job description calls
for.
It's not a substitute for a living wage ,which is what it's going to take to keep good employees ,in my opinion for
your consideration. Gary

Alex Omo who is currently employed as a Mechanic / auto painter resigned today
He has been offered an job working for a company in Florida.
Gary and I are requesting approval to offer Alex a wage increase from $12.00hr to $16.00 hr so as to retain

Secondly, Dupson who is currently employeed in the Landscaping dept has also indicated that he will be
leaving us by the end of the month.
Gary, Igala and I are recommending that we promote dupson to crew leader with a wage increase from
$10.80 to $15.00hr
He also is also a core member of the landscaping crew and of great assistance to Igala.
