Our efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the NPA have been authoritatively rejected by the state courts. This letter is to both notify you of the imminence of the public unsealing of the NPA and to further inform you that we intend to provide a copy of the NPA to the Post in a redacted form and ask them to not publish the names of identified third parties. Given the Court ruling we do not think that our providing the NPA to the Post in a redacted form would constitute a violation of our confidentiality obligations but if you think otherwise please inform us Martin G.
