Warren appears relatively realistic; he told Terry he is a dead man walking. He is incurable but it is possible he can get some type of response to treatment that can buy him quality time. He is willing to take an aggressive stance if appropriate and that is the right attitude to have. I have privately spoken with Linda and she is fully aware of the critical nature of his illness as well. They both appear to be dealing with this as well as we could hope for. I'll keep you informed as things progress. Warrens friends are an essential source of support and strength for both him and Linda right now. The difference is vital in terms of treatment and prognosis. Also some lung cancers In "non-smokers" can be more treatable with remissions lasting years. As of today the most upsetting fact is that it is so extensive ; lung ,brain, liver and bone. How long? Without having details weeks to months.
