I spoke to Chip who is Pruitt's pilot, If you remember Chip is known for stretching the truth,.
Chip informs Pruitt has an ask of 16m for serial 519 which has completed the 96month inspection,
Chip says Pruitt wouldn't go much Lower than 15m since he's into the plane for more than usual.
Serial 526 has ask of 14.5m but needs 96month and avionics upgrades,
ADS-B out and TCAS 7 upgrades (I installed this on our OW with DU885 package).
Other important upgrade that will be due in 2015 or later, is CPDLC (our GIV will require this
when HoneyWell or Gulfstream figure a solution for CPDLC for GIV and GV's, currently this is
not available upgrade yet.

Controller-Pilot Datalink Communications (CPDLC)
Updated:03:57 PM September 06, 2013
The Controller-Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) system reduces the number of air
traffic controller voice messages by sending electronic messages that are displayed on a computer
screen in the cockpit. The CPDLC program worked with our lab to prototype a human computer
interface of the Build IA version of the CPDLC system. To evaluate the CPDLC Build 1 A
interface, our lab created connectivity between our air traffic control simulator and a CPDLC
emulator. The connection between our high fidelity air traffic control simulator made our lab the
first place to have a Build 1 A interface that could be evaluated with simulated traffic.
We subsequently used the CPDLC Build I A interface to determine how collocation of this tool
with other automation tools might affect the way air traffic controllers perform their tasks.
