To: 'eevacation mail.com[jeevacation@gmailcom] From: Sent: ri 1/1 / 1 1:59:57 PM Subject: Bell 430 offer for your approval DBMX.xls Jeffrey, Craig, The broker at PremiAir wanted me to give as much information regarding current market knowledge to provide to Mr. Mick Bailey, since he is totally unaware of the value of his Bell 430. do you approve of this email, and offer? Craig As we discussed, I provided a market survey of Value in recent Bell 430's in the USA and abroad. Here are the facts to present to Mr. Bailey: -Australian Bell 430 serial #63 total time 1270 hours total time, negotiated price $2,300,000.00 not flown in over 2 years, -USA based, Bell 430 serial #5 fresh #1 engine, had contract at $2,000,000.00 owner needs sold, $1.7M to $1.8M ready to fly, Bell factory maintained. We are willing to pursue this purchase of Serial # 49078, however, a lot of maintenance issue could develop once helicopter is in service, main rotor transmission, tail rotor gear boxes and engine internal gear seals are my concerns, along with tail rotor replacement, pilots windshield fogging, auto pilot servos require upgrade and overhaul, annual inspection, wheels brakes are corroded, etc, plus interior work. With this being said, I have attached a work order to bring this helicopter to airworthy condition provided to me by Edwards And Associates in USA, a Bell Helicopter owned company, and by no means this is a final price for airworthiness. That is an unknown number at this point. Plus we have the expense of transport to USA for our operation. I understand this Bell 430 is unable a Flight Data recorder for UK operations and charter, and best suited in the United States for private use. Please note there is now way of knowing the engines are making power, the last entry only indicates, good power, and now way of judging power assurance until tail rotor is installed and main rotor blades are installed and a proper power assurance check is completed in flight. cost of engines overhauled estimate $125,000 per engine, total $250,000.00 USD this is a large unknown and our risk at this time. We would like to offer $1,500,000.00 USD for N901RL a Bell 430 Helicopter with serial # 49078 Please advise if this is acceptable and I will proceed to provide a formal Letter of Intent for purchase?
