From: To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Subject: Question: Start-up in Nigeria, financial projections. Date: Tue, 10 Apr 2018 15:53:57 +0000 Attachments: TalentUp_Africa_Financial_Projections.xlsx; TalentUpAfricaPresentation.pdf Dear Jeffrey, I hope that this email finds you well and that you had a good Passover celebration. I wanted to very, very kindly follow up on my previous emails concerning my start-up in Nigeria. I have attached our financial projections and a brief presentation. I am currently seeking USD560K in seed investment (in exchange for equity). I will work (very hard) to try to close a round before I move to Lagos in July. Recruitment challenges in Africa — most of them stemming from problems in educational systems — are many. The opportunities to capitalize on these challenges are many. Our revenue model draws on Andela and Code Academy's revenue logics. I spoke at the Harvard Africa Development Conference a couple of weeks ago — I received very, very positive feedback. The more I speak with organizations, student, and incubators in Nigeria and across Africa, the more convinced I become that amble opportunities to both be profitable yet do social good exist. I have several individuals (with different background and ages) wanting to help me in my work, but in exchange for 'sweat equity' (which I have neglected). I have a few questions, and I would greatly, greatly value your advice. I would be more than happy to see you at a point andplace the most convenient to you. I wish you a good afternoon, Yours sincerely, EFTA00839629
