Melanie alerted me to the fact you were still waiting for a chart. I incorrectly assumed Carlyn's office had sent the charts detailing the Black Family trusts and Black Family Partners. You should receive an email from Elyse Kirschner shortly with those charts. The attached flow chart depicts the structure of the Art Partnership as it has been proposed. The analysis of Leon's estate is almost complete. I will forward that later today or tomorrow. We are compiling two binders containing trust documents, one for all the existing trusts and one containing documents for proposed entities. These should be complete by the end of the week. I am working on assembling the additional information you requested as well. Now that you have my email just let me know as we go what else you need.
