Here is what we propose: Expenses There are some expenses we would be incurring that we would need covered in the range of $1-53k per month dependent upon the amount of material and time involved. Here is what I would like to propose to that end. There would be incentive bonuses at the 30, 90 and 180 day marks. For the 30 and 90 day marks I would like to use that as a cash incentive for my team and my colleagues teams for putting in the extra effort and time. I am leveraging my most valuable relationships and giving any cash performance bonus to them in exchange for their teams support. I want to be certain this gets done.
