o remembers the warrant being read to an employee at the house
o remembers being in every part of the house and remembers that about 80% of
the photographs in the house depicted females
o • remembers that it was obvious to him that there were computers missing

o believes he waited outside while filmed the walkthrough

o • does not distinctly remember every single bedroom in the Palm Beach house,
but he remembers going into the massage room
o The water in the back of the property is the Intercoastal
o remembers searching the building where an employee (believe named
lived. recalls finding personal photographs of the employee and his wife.
III left those photographs behind because they were clearly of the employee and
his wife. This apartment is visible in the video at about 41:00

remembers finding and seizing. cannot specifically identify each message
