During my first conversations with Neil, we discussed the ethics of looking at this potential employment opportunity, Neil though this opportunity to be the right career move for himself and his family at this point of his life. I am sorry if this has caused aconcern on your part, and in hindsight, i realize , i should have asked for your ok..
