The targeted victim pleaded with her mother not to take her back there and told her she did not care or want her belongings. The targeted victim was cohersed by her mother to collect her belongings from the home of Christopher McGinley, Moonta and was driven back to Moonta to the home of Christopher McGinley by her parents, David and Cynthia Pearce resulting in Christopher McGinley pulling the targeted victim back into the home at knife point while locking her in the home alone with him and threatened her with the knife held to her throat stating "Today you die" The targeted victim broke free from the grip of Christopher McGinley resulting in her being chased by him with the knife before catching her again and placing the knife into her back leading her to his bedroom. A police officer banged on the front door of the home and called out to Christopher McGinley and cohersed him into bringing me to the front window of the house and opening the window so her could talk to him. The police officer spoke to Christopher McGinley while standing behind the targeted victim holding the knife to her back. Christopher McGinley refused to cooperate with the police officer and slammed the window shut again. The police officer quickly opened the window and reached through the window to grab the targeted victim and pulled her out of the house through the window. The targeted victims first and only presence online during her life commenced late 2006 during the final months of her marriage to Darren McDiarmid, and was a result of catching her husband on an online site involving people sharing explicit sexual photographs with one another. The targeted victims husband was on the site without her knowledge. The targeted victim does not know how long her husband was on the site or when registration of his profile commenced. Conducted on the original computer system PC System Tower Beige obtained under a NEIS program involving the married couples business McDiarmid Woodcraft. The computer was obtained from the Regional Development Board, Port Pine in 2003. Following the targeted victim catching her husband on the online site of sharing explicit sexual photographs her husband encouraged her to become involved in looking at the site with him. The targeted victim out of naïve curiosity and having never sighted explicit sexual material, which included photographic material or porn before agreed. The targeted victim found the shared explicit sexual photographs embarrassing to look at and felt ashamed to look at people involved in that kind of material and felt it did not agree with her moral nature and refused to be involved and told her husband she did not mind him staying on the site. The targeted victims husband was unaware at this time that she was planning the dissolution of their marriage due to the marriage being abusive for 17 years. The dissolution of the marriage occurred March 2007 and resulted in a Restraining Order being issued against the abusive Husband Following the targeted victim refusing to participate in being involved in the online site of sharing Explicit Sexual photographic material the husband cohersed the targeted victim into being involved again b y sparking her curiosity with less graphic material and encouraged her to create a profile and talk to other men and people on the site, as he was. The targeted victim found this odd and unusual as her husband was very jealous and possessive and had isolated her from any social contact, including family for the period of their marriage of 17 years. The targeted victim in December 2006 agreed out of cohersion and curiosity to create a profile on the site, but did not publish any photographs of her self on the site and only published a written profile. EFTA00268044 Within 5 minutes of publishing her profile the targeted victim was contacted by Maxwell, the first contact, who introduced himself as Adam, who proceeded to charm her with humour and continuous talking online through the message app on the site, which the attention and charm he was giving the targeted victim who had been in an abusive relationship which also involved emotional, physical and psychological abuse found very attractive and was easily manipulated by his charms and attention, of which she had not received during any of her previous relationships or during her marriage, and was too naive to recognise predatory behaviour due to the isolation from society during her marriage and inexperience with men, as her husband was her third relationship. The targeted victim continued to talk to Adam / Epstein and Maxwell on the online site every night for the next 4 months, unknowing she was being stalked and targeted by sexual predators The targeted victim only received contact on the online site from Adam/Epstein and Maxwell and did not receive any contact from any other member on the site March 2007 - Dissolution of the marriage to Darren McDiarmid - Continual development of the Medical Business Plan, including Market Research The targeted victim informed Adam / Maxwell and Epstein on the online site of the dissolution of her marriage to Darren McDiarmid. Adam / Epstein and Maxwell cohersed and encouraged the targeted victim to talk privately via email services and leave the site. The targeted victim agreed as they had already formed a close friendship and attraction for one another. The targeted victim informed Adam! Epstein and Maxwell that she did not have an email address and did not know how to open one, having been ordered by her husband when married to not ever touch the computer. Adam / Maxwell and Epstein informed the targeted victim on how to open an email account and provided his email address for once she had completed opening her email address and informed her to contact him once she had. The email address supplied by Adam/ Epstein and Maxwell was : This occurred March 2007 - The targeted victim closed her profile on the online site and never reopened it and continued to correspond with Adam/ Epstein and Maxwell via email addresses privately The interaction between Adam / Epstein and Maxwell contained building of a deep friendship, trust and sharing of personal information once the trust and friendship was formed. In the final months of 2007 the targeted victim informed Adam / Maxwell and Epstein that she was developing a Medical Business Plan involving specialist treatments and that she was continuously involved in study courses to achieve her gaol of becoming a business woman, while remaining a single mother of 4 children. The targeted victims goal and ambition since the age of 14 years old. 2007-2008 : Sexual Encouragement and sexual experimentation encouragement In mid 2007 Adam / Maxwell and Epstein once trust and the friendship was formed began to encourage the targeted victim to be sexual with him through sexual overtones within the correspondence of the email contact. The targeted victim had already been charmed by the attention and had a deep love of friendship with Adam / Maxwell and Epstein and did not resist the encouragement or cohersion and agreed, unknowing that Adam was Epstein and Maxwell, Sexual predators due to her naivety and inexperience with men, and began to exchange sexual conduct within the email interactions, which eventually over the course of the year escalated into cohersion to provide explicit sexual photographic material to Adam / Epstein and Maxwell at his request.
