Details: 10/24/2006 was interviewed in West Palm Beach,
Florida, regarding a federal investigation involving the sexual
exploitation of minors. After being advised of the identity of the
interviewing agents and the nature of the interview, provided the
following information: stated she was seventeen years old when
she first started providing JEFFREY EPSTEIN with massages. EPSTEIN
asked how old she was, and responded that she would turn
eighteen in May. According to , EPSTEIN said that when she turned
eighteen he wanted to take her on vacation with him. went to
EPSTEIN's residence approximately eight to ten times. believed
that one of the last times she went to EPSTEIN's residence was after
Hurricane Wilma in 2005. recalled discussing the damage Hurricane
Wilma had caused to his Palm Beach home. When the interviewing agent
inquired as to why had stopped providing EPSTEIN with massages,
stated that she felt disgusted by what she was doing and that she
was not into it. stated that she did not want to talk dirty to
him anymore. She said that EPSTEIN began to inquire if she was "ok"
and she would respond by telling him that she was fine. However,
said that her actions were totally different from what she would say
to him. According to , it was then that "they stopped calling".
stated that EPSTEIN asked for her telephone number after the
first massage. Located in EPSTEIN's room was a pink and green couch,
and an orange book. Beside the orange book was a pad of personalized
note paper. EPSTEIN's name was written out on the note pad.
believed his name was on the top of the note pad. EPSTEIN wrote
telephone number on the note pad. stated that (known to the
agent as ) was the individual that primarily called her to
arrange the massages for EPSTEIN. She believed (known to the
agent as ) telephoned her on one occasion to make an
appointment. would set up the appointments in advance, sometimes
a day, sometimes days in advance. believed occasionally when
would call to set up an appointment, EPSTEIN was still to arrive
in town. informed the interviewing agent that she had
telephone number in her cellular telephone. provided the
telephone number aS cellular telephone number
