Here's my initial effort at mapping that guidance onto this question: As the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York stated yesterday, the investigation into the conduct charged in the Indictment previously filed against Epstein — which included a conspiracy count — remains ongoing, and any evidence or potential testimony relating to that investigation will be handled by the Department accordingly. I'm going to be tied up from about 11-12 but happy to chat before/after if that would be helpful. I don't think it's necessary to loop in OLA, but I would draft our response conservatively in accord with their past guidance.
