Anthony didnt think it was in too bad a condition. And in the kitchen which I think is terrible, himself and Andrew said it seemed a shame to take the whole thing out. They felt the same with the bathroom which still has an old bath with a shower combined. I want to rip the whole thing out and have a normal nice shower. For Anthony to do the renovation to the standard which he did our last one (sand and stain the parquet flooring, standard paint job, kitchen and bathroom from Ikea) it would be $ 45 000. They could start immediately and it would take 4-5 weeks. I realize that all the apartments in the building even when brand new are done on a different level to what John thinks they should be done on. John felt that they should all be up to the level of Sarahs old apartment which has: • Solid wood floors (no parquet), • Walls painted by Ion (who obviously had the years and layers of old paint removed) • Completely different standard of kitchen and bathroom. Her kitchen was modeled and installed by Bilotta kitchens. We have been getting Ikea kitchens and Anthony's guys in the building have installed.
