I wish we could correct the lawn now but I am afraid it won't take because it's the wrong time of
the year...1 don't want to spend more money and have it not work now. We will just have to live
with our rocks, glass and weeds...We know this is not what you wanted and I agree this guy
could not be in business if this is what he did to all his customers. But he will need to pay for
everything to make it right. It's a shame really.

That's why I am writing him a certified letter. I want to make it clear we are serious. I had one thing left
to do and everything was going to be great and this asshole had to do this. I am so f---in pissed. We can
make it right. Its just we should not have to do this. It would have been so easy to just send the right
stuff. I can't believe he did this on purpose. Can you imagine the people that would be after him. He
has been around a while so I just can't see him not making it right.
If you want to do it now its ok with me.

have the lawn we wanted for our summer. Send the letter and you can reiterate to the guy we will take
him to court if we don't get him back. I wish you could get him to write you an email stating he plans to
rectify this issue.

Lesley and Ike,
I had a conversation with the guy who supplied the top soil to us. The company is
located in Stanford and specializes in supplying top soil. It looked good and was less
expensive than the competitors. I guess you get what you pay for. I think I can rectify
the situation with some good topsoil and seed in the fall. We would of have to seed
anyway. Let me know what you think.
