Jeffrey,
Attached is a revised plan sketch, similar to what I sent out =ednesday, but more refined. It also shows a section at the
pool. We move =he pool east and south, and lowered it a bit. We also simplified the circulation from the master
bedroom to the library and the main residence.<=:p>
* &n=sp; We still need to study final pool elevation. We may need=to lower it a little more, or raise the landscaping
at the upper garden, to cr=ate headroom for the pool support/amenities (bathroom, storage, treatment rooms=.
• &n=sp; We are looking at a way to center the stair to the bedroom on =he kitchen access, and will send you some
sketches Monday. It is tight, if we ar= to connect to the master bedroom where shown previously.
* &n=sp; This scheme also allows us to add the living room later, if it stays in the location north of the existing living
room.<=p>
* &n=sp; We have not set the location for the new guest cottages. =My current thought would be to go back to
placing them in line with the two existing cottages on the south side...
Please send me your comments!
Thanks,
Warwick
