Also the sale of barge,boats. Engineering/mechanics We need to; I. Sell old equipment 2. Replace frequently used equipment with new machines. The backhoe, bobcat, dump truck, maintenance ATV;s.etc. If everything is new and running we need to cut two more from engineering/mechanics. Maintenance also needs to be be reduced by two. Example: Danny is the electrician. We will not need a full time electrician. We need someone that can multitask. Either he learns another job or he goes. During your visit next week we can discuss.
