I want to confirm that the 1/2 dozen or so intra family notes that compo=nd annually should be amended to annual cash pay. Should there be an e=ecutive session between trustees and beneficiaries? (No me, no leon) 3. I want to push the internal team to do all relevant administration for a=t partnership and Nar. Anything going on why I shldnt push. (I know we may=fund/contribute assets incrementally). 4. I plan to keep Elysium Ilc as owned and funded (overhead) by leon. Any i=sues?
