This is solely at the govts initiative. . I wondered after they file their motion, what potential ramifications it might have for my case. I was required to pay money to each on a list of girls whose names i would only be allowed to see AFTER i was already in jail. and now it turns out that those girls , under a theory of an eleventh circuit case, that victims that are complicit in the crime are not eligible for restitution. .
