I am also attaching drafts of amendments and restatements of the 1997 and 2006 trust agreements. As we discussed earlier today, Leon's Will and revocable trust agreement transfer assets to the trustees of the 2006 trust agreement, to be held in trust under the terms of that agreement. If Leon is anxious to execute the new Will but the amendment and restatement of the 2006 trust agreement is not ready to be executed because we are still finalizing the steps of the planning transactions with respect to the income interest of the 2006 trust, we can change the Will and revocable trust agreements so that they pour into the 1997 trust agreement instead.
