I will talk to her and max again on monday. the idea that you are paying taxes from the IRA is just WRONG / she also refemced this oft expressed view, but they are concerned about the increase in expenses. but upon being questioned she doeesnt know any numbers AT ALL. when I asked her to forward you the accounting email she received from max, she said she couldnt do it today.
