I do not want to compromise his visa application. Is it possible to get a credit for unused nights even after the check in date of Aug. 15th? I do not think he will be coming now until end of Aug. I think I see the problem. This is a VISA card not a MC. I believe I checked on the wal i card type. Can you please try to run it through again as a Visa card and see if that works?
