Residential development may be in the form of condominium,luxury multi- family or villa inventory, depending upon market and location-specific dynamics. We also focus on the development of discrete timeshare resort projects in key leisure markets with major hospitality partners around the world. Over the last two and a half years, the team has invested in excess of several hundred million dollars in property developments in New York City; Beverly Hills; Vail, CO; Marco Island, FL; and St. Thomas, USVI. The team is led by Henry Silverman, a well known investor, financier and operator with over 45 years of experience. Henry was most recently Co- founder and CEO of Cain Hoy Enterprises, LLC (a private investment company formed while at Guggenheim Partners) where he served as Vice-Chairman of the Guggenheim parent firm as well as Head of Real Estate at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management.
